Fishing and fencing, always the first things I do in a new zone. Fishing gets me out and about seeing the new content without worrying about where I need to go next and for the fencing I guess I just like stealing things.

With the exception of Larcinist and the Striking Locales every other achievement is Western Solstice only. Delves, WBs, Daily Quests, Story Quest - there are no Eastern components to any of them.

So why should Larcinist be missing? Or Striking Locales incomplete? It's very inconsistent.

yea i don't see the issue here as we were told in December that they'd add things when they're ready, that would include a Larcenist achievement and the remaining crafted sets.
And the Pathfinder achievement being for the entire zone instead of just West is probably for a reason that we'll see in a few months, there's no rewards attached to it so i again don't see the issue here.

here's the quote from the December studio director's letter that i am referencing:
"Introducing Seasons
Over the course of 2025 we will be moving more towards a seasonal content model and away from launching massive content updates once a year, as we did with Chapters. We will be talking much more about this in the future, but in 2025 expect to see named Seasons of three or six months duration with a mix of themed story content, events, store items, dungeons and more.
2025 will be a mix of old and new as we move the dev team towards creating smaller bite-sized pieces of content. We will still have some larger items that we've been working on for over a year, which you'll see launch as well.

Freeing up the dev team from needing to adhere to a strict annual cycle means we will be able to have teams launch content when it is ready throughout the year and not work to a date in June – this will let us focus on a greater variety of content spread over the year. This supports the new Seasons model, and will enable us to release content, updates, fixes, and systems in a more efficient manner."

Larcenist being locked behind the next update would be nonsensical. It’s not like you can’t steal things until the other half of the region unlocks. Sunport even has an Outlaw Refuge!

If Sunport were in the unreleased part 2 I'd believe it. But since Sunport is already there, I'm not really confident about that.

The only possible way I could see it being tied to part 2, is if there is an achievement furnishing tied to it. And that furnishing is a replica of something not seen until the second half.

[edit] Or a commemorative achievement not available until part 2 for the same reason, in which Sunport Larcenist would be nested within.
