Soul Reaper spawn melted into the rock

It feels odd to describe it this way, and I did submit a /bug report, but this particular soul reaper spawn dropped one of the first two mobs into the rock, so i could only kill one, and then combat ended, and it never progressed to the next stage. running away, and coming back would repeat the same action

WIZZARD2K✭✭✭My map above was inaccurate, I looked again on my rounds this morning and the spawn in question is a little further south of that one, right around here:

tiriusavarao✭✭✭I've experienced this same issue, but at a different location (NW of Corelanya Manor wayshrine). One cultist spawns atop the rock behind the reaper, can be killed, and it ends there. I checked around, even below the cliff on the water level, but the rest of the enemies did not appear.

WIZZARD2K✭✭✭I've found a few of them, all near cliffs/rocks that are bugged like this, so i'm guessing they all should be moved0

OlliekinsSoul ShrivenThe spawn on the beach below the Swencoast Cottage is still spawning 1 of the 2nd round of enemies into the swimming deep water, which then promptly disappears, causing the 2nd round to get stuck as it can't be completed.
