Complaint against ai autoban (ticket 250606-002261)

I am posting here to ask for attention to my ticket for a 72 hour ban. I am attached the screenshot of the zone chat and the notice to the ticket and would like immediate response to this ridiculousness. I called out a person for saying ridiculous things in zone chat and got banned for it. If this is AI then the ai needs more training and oversight. If this is a person reporting then that person is incorrect in the series of events and the screenshot proves that. It's poor time being the weekend but I am now missing 5 guild events I was leading to support new players with skill points, learning the new trial and learning pvp. The lack of support over the weekend for a game this large is ridiculous.

As the language used by the original person was quite bad I am not posting the screenshot here in an abundance of caution.

If there is toxic language or subject matter in chat, you are supposed to report it to ZOS with in-game tools, not engage with it. Trolls and jerks are more likely to get bored and move on if no one responds to them, and responding to them also just adds more off topic content to zone chat that pushes actual gameplay chat off the screen.
