Two urgently needed features: cost-free hair dyeing and access to collectibles in character editor

I request two features to be implemented finally:
1. Allow change of hair color without buying for real money crown store stuff. In-game currency is ok. The amount of ingame currency may be high in order to limit number of changes
2. Most importantly: Provide access to collection items like hair style etc in character editor screen.
I explain why 2. (and 1. as it is related) is so important: Depending on hair style the hair color can change enormously. This is already true for normal human hair but when you have an argonian it gets nightmarish.
If I want to change hair style and I have a certain hair color already the look may not be what I want as look. Some feathers for instance look better with one color but when I switch to other feathers it looks aweful with the same color. So even if I would spend 1000 crowns for the token (which is far far too expensive for that little motification of hair color) I would have to log in select the hair style log out, activate the token, change color and see what it makes. Terrible work flow.

Well I mean it should have been a feature in 2014 like all the other MMORPG's had at the time.

✭✭✭I finally broke down and bought a change token just to change the hair color I've had since 2016 (which wasn't what I thought I was getting but the creation room lighting is misleading, or was at the time.)

Magenpie✭✭✭✭✭To be honest, all character changes should be free included in ESO Plus, and F2P players should be able to buy these services as separated gold sinks. A barbershop item of some sort would be a great free housing item for ESO Plus players for e.g.
