Templar Puncturing Strikes spear

Puncturing strikes spear visual was changed and no longer matches the spears in other abilities like Spear Shards or Radial Sweep. I'd like to propose an ability palette option to change the Skill Style versions of the spear to the one the user would like to select based on preference.

@ZOS_Kevin have there been any discussions about the consistency of spear visuals across these abilities, because currently they look very different and it distracts from the game's themes, cohesion.

I want a full reversion to the 1.1 sec cast time and previous animation. The old jabs was absolutely iconic, I'm still mad about this change.

While I, too, would love for some kind of reverted model for jabs, even if it was only offered for Crowns, I have a feeling this will just be thrown onto the 2+ year-old pile of threads about how unpopular the jabs animation is, and will be ignored like the rest of them.

I would love to be proven wrong though. I've genuinely kept a sum of crowns available ever since skill styling was announced, just in case they gave us the chance to fix such a glaring issue, but my optimism has waned significantly over the years. Especially after the Aetheric Lancer set and the subclassing promo art all used the old spear model. The latter just felt like salt in the wound, honestly.

If it was how it used to be, I'd definitely be leveling up aedric spear right now.... but the new one is so bad. I can't get over how terrible LA weaving looks with it.

I doubt they care much about visual consistency considering that they just introduced a feature that allows you to shoot tentacles from your hand while you are transformed into pure lightning and with a bear fighting at your side.

Sure, you may be able to change the color of the tentacles/lightning/bear, but you still end up being some sort of Frankenstein abomination.
