Is there a new daily crafting writ area in the new zone?

If there is, is it as good as Vivec City? Does it have close crafting stations, quest pickup and turn-in, and a non-loading screen banker?

Skingrad was a step in the right direction with its writ crafting area, but the only downsides are the loading screen bank and out of the way stables.

Sunport's crafting area is inside a building, including the writ boards and boxes.
i think it's in the northeastern part of the city

Sounds good. Where are the banker and stables?

Sunport has the same loading screens as Skingrad: the banker is in a building and the stables are outside the city's wall.
