Werewolf or vampire for Stamina arcanist and Necromancer Bosmer?

I have a Stamina Necro and an Arcanist Bosmer, and I have enough crowns to give both characters Noxiphilic Sanguivoria and Sanies Lupinus. Which one will benefit a Bosmer more?

Do not buy them from the Crown Store, you can get bitten for free by just standing around a Vampire/Werewolf shrine or finding a Bloodfiend/Werewolf in the Rift, Bangkorai or Reaper's March.

Vampire hurts your sustain and is mostly used for roleplaying.

Vampires have access to Blood for Blood, which is a spammable that costs health, combined with Reaving Blows or Pale Oreder and you have a spammable which effectively costs nothing, this can actually improve your sustain when your main attack costs nothing.

As someone who was religiously devoted to vampirism up through the Skyrim chapter, it pains me to admit this, but both lycanthropy and vampirism are now utterly useless and embarrassingly outdated. Unless your idea of playing ESO revolves solely around overland fluff or passive roleplay, you'd be doing yourself a favor by steering clear of both.

There's a narrow PvP niche where vampirism can be situationally viable, but even that’s highly debatable and far from justification for the overall drawbacks.

And don’t even get me started on the Vampire ultimate. It’s hands-down the biggest marketing scam in the game’s history. We were promised a full-fledged Vampire Lord transformation, live on Twitch no less. What we got instead was a recycled bone goliath reskin that showed up on the PTS like a bad joke. The disconnect between the hype and the actual delivery is nothing short of embarrassing.
