Crosserver crown store items

Hello.
I still dont understand why cant there be no crosserver crownstore items ..I have been spending on NA server so much money ,because i play there with my friends, and now some other friends have started to play again on Eu servers. I have bought houses ,Mounts and all that stuff. But if i go now eso on EU i have nothing... I myself am from Europe and have payed steam for everything.... Cant DEVS Make a database merge? We live in such time where technologies do wondrful things..... I have played games were you literaly could copy All your progres from one server and go in other region and play with friends there. Maybe make it ESO + avalible.
There is no actual info how the crowns tore functions.... Basicly if you buy the game and expansions it goes on both servers. Doesnt matter if its steam or direct eso hompege store. But if i buy the arms pack from steam and on my srever it stays on thats server, BUt if i would buy the same arms pack from ESO homepage store it wouyld go on both servers....Same with house, mounts and everything. SO it looks like more missleading the players ,so we pay double .And they never mention it , only when you find it out yourself. This resstriction is stupid.
And people who say ohh its because prices, NO . They already adjusted all the prices equealy on reageon and it shouldnt mater write now.
Maybe do it for a token To merge or ESO + posibility ....
A person plays directly from Zenimax launcher .. Dosnt have epic nor steam, but gifts and item that is Acount bound it should go directly to zenimax account not stay on just one server.
I have the same crowns on both servers not on one amount on eu and not diferent on NA... and if i use 500 crowns on NA it goes away fron EU too. ITS acountwide. I bought a DLC fro crowns on NA but cant play it on EU.. Thats a dlc not even an ITEM.....
So for now im locked out from playing in EU because i have nothing there..... Exept the main content from game puchase. I

Sorry for my bad English... Butt this is bumb. I still need Zenimax launcher and zenimax acount to play.. So anything i buy for crowns should go on all my account. Crowns are acount wide.
We dont buy crows for NA server, and dont buy them on EU server. ....

Here is the simplified understanding in my head (broken Bottles included)

JimFord047 owns the account, it is both NA and EU.

I buy Crowns for the ACCOUNT JimFord047, they are available in Both the NA server and the EU server

If I buy a Mount on the NA Server, it Should be also on the EU Server, and everything else....

Gold Purchases and events are different, they stay on the server where they are "earned"

But apparently that's not the case.

I have Houses that were "Gifted" by my other account to myself, yet they are on the NA server only , but I have bought "crown packs" that have come with a mount or a house and they are on both accounts??????

So in Essence I buy 21000 crowns and by the looks of things I have to buy the house TWICE once on each server NA and EU, same with any other item i may want to buy. Its rather Strange, as i do not appear to have an EU account separate from my NA account , i buy the crowns for JimFord047 but can only benefit from 50% of them on each server....

So can a person clarify why I do not have an account JimFord047 NA and another JimFord047 EU, only JimFord047 but i have to buy things Twice????

I understand the theory of EARNING Gold / event Prizes / Seals of Endeavour, meaning that if i want iot on Both I have to earn it on both, BUT paying Real Money for INGAME Money , its still real money , and I should only have to buy things ONCE for Account Wide, after all it is the same account

I don’t understand why this isn’t a thing

On Xbox, everything you buy via the Microsoft store (e.g. buying chapters and the stuff within like mounts and emotes) are SHARED between both servers but anything bought in game from the crown store isn’t.
