A Quest Full of Trouble

Regarding the quest "A Tower Full Of Trouble:
This quest is seriously glitched. Here are two screenshots showing what I am referring to.
In this first screenshot I have just finished placing the traps around the mote and am meeting Ember at the stables.
As I was going around placing the traps I noticed that Ember was following me. When I was finished and arrived at the stables another Ember was waiting for me. Now there are two Embers which are both quest givers.
In the second screenshot I completed have the quest and returned to the tower. Ember is once again waiting for me. Meanwhile the second Ember is still following me. Once the quest was fully completed I was able to summon Ember as a companion bringing the total number of Embers to three.
I have had this exact problem on another toon and just brushed it off as a "one-time" thing, only to have it happen again.

Ulvich✭✭✭✭✭I know this thread is old, but I figured I would post here instead of explaining everything all over again.
In regards to Ember: After I originally posted this the issue was fixed. Since that time Ember has reemerged. All three of her.
The quest is now doing the same exact thing as mentioned previously.
