You can copy the folder from one to the other.

The default folder is C:\Users\[USER]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns. In many cases, you'll also want to copy the \SavedVariables folder as well.

Saved variables is in documents folder right? My other computer died so searching hard drive to find what I need before putting it into PC heaven.

If you want to be on the safe side, just copy the whole Elder Scrolls Online folder under Documents. That way, all add-ons, their settings, game settings and screenshots get copied over as well.

That's what I did last time I got a new computer. Luckily my old one was dying slowly so I had time to transfer everything I wanted.

I was tempted to copy the entire Documents folder, but did the sensible thing and sorted through it instead.

You especially want the SavedVariables if you don't want to do all the addons settings again. Addons can be easily downloaded again with Minion

AddOnSettings.txt stores the data which addons are enabled for each characters you might have

yes, both the AddOns and SavedVariables folders are in the same place.

That'll also bring your keybinds and which-character-has-which-addon with it as well.

No. Keybinds are saved serverside (at least they used to be?). You would need Keybinder for that - which is a must have QoL tool if you have multiple characters btw.

And like said AddOnSettings.txt have "which-character-has-which-addon" data that is saved in the parent folder.
