allow us to decon jewlery and have it return runes.

solves the lack of potency runes issue and stops people complaining about not being able to decon jewlery at the same time.

Sorry have to ask how will it stop the lack of Potency runes?

When I decon a glyph I don't always get potency runes and I bet neither does anyone else. In essence it would just give you another possible avenue to get Rune parts from.

yes. I haven't seen a potency rune in 3 levels, what the heck is going on?

All I can say is either find someone to share decon with or join and guild and get what ppl don't want. I share with 4-5 others in my guild and it really helps. Although its not quick I'm about 1/4 through 38 and I have deconned a lot of Glyphs and gone trawling for a lot as well.

For me once I hit 40 and spend the last SP I don't care how long it takes to hit 50

a) it allows a 3rd stream of glyphs. much like when i decon armor i dont always get ingots. sometimes i get trait stones, sometimes i get ingots sometimes i get racial stones and sometimes i get upgrade materials.
b) it allows for a second stream of exp gains. making it somewhat on par with smithing, woodworking or tailoring.

i do trade with others. and im constantly short of potency runes. i have full stacks of several essence runes. pode and rera are close to kuta in price. thats wrong.

and lets not forget this isnt just about leveling the craft.
a full set of armor is 7 glyphs. + 2-4 more for weapons + another 3 if you play with your jewlery. i can get grain solvent from iron ore. lining from jute and rawhide. mastic from maple. stacks of processed material is readily abundant. can you say the same for potency runes?
