Skill Advisor and Subclassing

Very naive question, searched the forums and cannot see this has be answered elsewhere. But, how does the “skill advisor” work alongside subclassing?

Seriously though, I doubt anything happened to it. I’d have checked when I did PTS, but… I’ve had it turned off for years and forgot it was even a thing.

There is no indication that anything about it changed though, so it likely is still as it was before. After all, the Skill Advisor never got updated for anything that released past the Undaunted skill line.

I suspect it still has a use for first time, new players, as intended. Folk in the game for the first time will most probably not have the wherewithal to deal with subclassing. Therefore it provides assistance in constructing your first build to get your feet on the ground. I suspect that ZOS will not want to overwhelm them, that's my take on it, so I well may be wrong.

The skill advisor, at least according to patch notes (and lack thereof), will likely function as it already has. Giving brand spanking new players recommendations (usually not good ones) on what to run skill wise within their chosen class. I imagine subclassing will have its own "tutorial" by itself
