Can't Target Enemies Bug?

Anyone else experiencing this bug? The only way I know how to fix it is to change zones. Happened to my bro in a Vet Dungeon and it happened to me for the second time this week enter Grahtwood. I can only hit enemies with AoEs because targeting the enemies won't highlight them so I cannot hit them with any single target abilities.
