With subclassing about to go live, I suspect a lot more players will start using the Assassination skill line, especially Grim Focus, for their DPS builds. And soon after, many will probably encounter the infamous red permaglow that comes with it.

Yes, I know this is partially fixed in the upcoming patch. Now the glow only shows if your character was recently in combat. But even then, all it takes is a small spider while you are riding somewhere and the glow is back... and it stays until you either switch the zone or manually re-slot the skill. Pretty annoying, especially if you like your character looking clean between fights.
So I’m wondering:

Is there already an addon that can automate this process?
If not, would be cool to develop something similar, just as an idea:

- Bind it to a certain button
- You push the button, and the skill automatically un-slots itself and then re-slots again to the same slot

So really just a simple manual toggle that mimics what we currently do by hand.

Would love to hear if something like this already exists (I remember people used something similar for the rapid maneuver during the horse ride)
