Weather Control and Hundings...

The weather control toy doesn't work in the Hundings property, does it? i can't check because i stopped ESO plus and i'm at my limit.
It doesnt seem to work at all at the sword singer's property... so i'm feeling like it won't work at Hundings... which would be very disappointing. Would love some different weather options there.

The one I don't understand is Snugpod, which is interior only, so has no weather, but you CAN control it.4 -
