Is there any sort of list(or general knowledge) of addins that get people banned?

I played a little last halloween event, but have not played since and I have read of a lot of bans, and possibly getting banned for addins, so I wanted to check with someone here to see if there is any knowledge on which are no longer accepted?

Add-ins I use are generally QoL, and the only one that uses some program outside of ESO is TTC.
Add-ins I use are all got from Minion, but ofc the TTC engine thingie is not from there, these are the ones I use

Arch's enhanced map
Auto Category Revised
Bag space indicator
Combat metrics
CompanionInfo
Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter
Dressing room
Dungeon Champions
Enchant Maker
Eso Master Recipe List
Harven's bag space
Inventory Insight
Lost treasure
Map tools
Map Pins
No Written dialogue
Provision
Set collection Marker
Tamriel Trade Center(TTC)
Votan's fish fillet
Votan's improved location
Votan's keybinder
Votan's search box

And ofc all of the Libs requuired for those

I love the game and replay it every so often, been here since the last closed beta and would hate to get banned for an addin

Me personally, I'm yet to hear of anyone getting a ban from any of those addons.

I don’t think addons through Minion will get you banned, but I may be wrong. Hopefully @Baertram sees this thread, they seem to know a lot about addons and Minion.

I do get kicked for rate limit/spamming from my banking addon but no other problems.

I think some social bans have been misapplied to guild masters who used mailing add-ons to communicate with their guild members. Don't recall which ones or even if they were specifically named but there have been posts/threads started by such players asking for help to get their accounts sorted.

The really only thing that can get you in trouble are things that spam the server, like the mass mailing addon mentioned above, and ZOS has generally limited the API (I think it's called) call limits so that doesn't happen as much with a great example being dustman which will even pop up a message saying as such

The only case I can remember was this:

This was not the addon per-se, it was the 'interval' between mails using 'automated' mail addons being set too low and triggering a 'social ban'.

Situation is still not perfect - although Rich did say that they were looking into ways to avoid this altogether by for instance creating a shared calendar for guild events or other similar solutions approaching the problem from a different angle - but putting the interval at 5s between mails I have managed so far to avoid this dreaded outcome.

I don't generally send 'mass emails' to the guild for events, promotions etc, we tend to rely on discord for that, but I do have to send 'reminder' emails every week. Wish I didn't have to, but I do.

Usually "addons" (published on www.esoui.com and thus downloadable via Minion addon manager) cannot get you banned unless ZOs got any protections in their server code, where addons could trigger that -> I actually never heard of that though.
What they could do is get you "kicked" because you did message spam to the server. That can happen if you try to edit guild notes too quick, send mails too quick, add or change or remove friends/guild members too quick, use items too quick, spam keybinds while crafting, and so on. Addons which move items between banks or inventory or junk, or try to repeair, use food/drinkds etc. also can trigger that.
-> Some addons got settings where you can define a delay between such messages send to the server so try to increase that delay if you get kicked often.
There is no list or any how to prevent that. Just slow down and do not trigger things too often and too fast ;-)

Social bans can be taken as a result from some of the above mentioend message spams :( I really would love ZOs to simply prevent that somehow and not ban ppl for using THEIR API!!! AddOns do the same as the ingame mail uses and does, only you could send it more automatic. So if they would simple queue the messages or write an error message "Try again later" this would fix it overall (imho)....
We neither know what can be working and what could raise a scial ban. Totally up to ZOs and that's the problem :-(
So better add more delay than less, if you want to be sure you do not get a false social ban just because you love your guild and send mass guild mails ;-) Hope this will get some love by ZOs soon either way and we get more guild tools etc. Let's wait and see.

What couldy "maybe" get you banned is any "modification" where you replace game files or visuals! I'm pretty sure Reshade and such are nothing that get's you banned (texture and visual improvements). But if you got anyhting that hacks into the game executable or memory, it may.

I do not know any details what ZOs checks and does but I know that memory manipulation tools that read the ESO memory and such can make the eso client close or even crash. So do not use such or any "trainers" or "cheat tools" on ESO!

Eveythign else: ZOs needs to answer.
