Grand Gallery assistance for a friend

Hi
I'm posting this here in the hope that someone from Zos can help a guildmate of mine. I intended to submit a ticket but there doesn't seem to be a category in the in game or website support forms that quite fits my query

I have a friend and guildmate who has recently undergone a major surgery which happily was successful but has left him with complications which will make him unable to play for several weeks while he recovers.
Unfortunately this means he will miss out on the Grand Gallery house. I and his guildmates would happily help him to complete the golden pursuits if he was able to to join us for the activities but in the time remaining to complete them this is unlikely to be possible for him.
I would love to be able to show him my, his guild's and Eso's support by finding a way to get the house for him ready for when he returns in a few weeks time.
If anyone knows if this would be possible and could help that would be wonderful

Very unlikely, the best thing would be to tell him to try and log on and at least afk whilst you do some of the things for him. e.g. the dungeons/trial/bg(just needs to move out of spawn).

The levelling skill lines = just create a lvl 1 character and deconstruct some gear or craft 50 pots and he will complete it, same with the housing stuff etc

The only ones which require him to press some buttons are basically the public dungeon kills, just needs to light attack the boss once

I don't know where ZOS would stand on using something like Parsec or Teamviewer to play on his account (he would log in on his PC and you would connect to his PC just help him control it). Technically would be him logging in so its not 'account sharing' per say.

If your friend is on PlayStation, you might be able to use Share Play to do things for him while he is logged in, as long as that doesn’t violate the ToS. I was able to do that on another game.

If its possible for him to be in game with us we'll try to get him through as many of the pursuits as we can in the time we have left.

We're on PS... I think for now we're probably best to avoid shared play unless we can get it officially confirmed that that's ok. Might be an option though

Yeah I have not looked into whether it might violate any ToS but it requires that the person doing the Share Play be online, so it seems that it might be acceptable. Typically violations are for botting which is not controlled by the player. It is wise to get some direction regarding this though.

@ZOS_Kevin can you comment?

Update: Great news ...Happy to let you know that my friend was able to complete his pursuits and obtain the house.
