I had deleted this story twice so far but decided to give them another chance. This time around even the half-brother will be affected by the wayshrines. I will also make an almost complete run of the continent, Alik’r Desert is now accessible through the Sword-Singer’s Redoubt. It had taken me 7 hours to get each of them to the starting island. Will see how much more time it will take this time around.

Only Hew’s Bane and Murkmire are not available through land access.

Blackwood accessible through Shadowfen and/or Northern Elsweyr
Gold Coast accessible through West Weald
Northern Elsweyr (Ne Quin-al) accessible through Reaper’s March and/or Grahtwood
Southern Elsweyr (Pa'alatiin) accessible by land cart from Rimmen to Senchal
Telvanni Peninsula accessible through Bal Foyen and/or Deeshan
West Weald accessible through Craglorn and/or Reaper's March
Western Skyrim accessible by doing the Greymoor prologue quests

Now, should I explore the Deadlands and Apocrypha during my 7 months trek or wait until they become story relevant ?

During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

    So, the three of us embarked on a journey. Travelled across 22 provinces and located 216 wayshrines (to be updated). Because of a few Thieves Throve found we interacted with 4 fences in as many cities. The trek lasted almost 7 months.

    Craglorn → West Weald → Gold Coast → West Weald → Reaper’s March → Malabar Tor → Greenshade → Grahtwood → Elsweyr (Ne Quin-al & Pa'alatiin) → Grahtwood → Craglorn → Bangkorai → Alik’r Desert → Bangkorai → Stormhaven → Wrothgar → Stormhaven → Rivenspire → Glenumbra → Eastmarch → The Rift → Stonefalls → Bal Foyen → Telvanni Peninsula → Deeshan → Shadowfen → Blackwood → Cyrodiil training → Greymoor prologue quests → Greymoor Caverns → Haafingar, Hjaalmarch, Karthald → The Reach → Arkthzand Cavern

    DC - Janika's trek was done in 11 hours 4 minutes and she turned level 15 (52,418 xp) on returning to Craglorn to celebrate.
    AD - Telan's trek was done in 11 hours 33 minutes and he was level 15 (54,986 xp) on returning to Craglorn to celebrate.
    EP - Lauradina's trek was done in 11 hours 43 minutes and she was level 15 (59,223 xp) on returnong to Craglorn to celebrate

    That was a long almost 35 hours in 6 days. Should I just bypass the next 4 years and have them go their own way ?

    I think I will have them do their Cyrodiil basic training before anything else.

    Only Hew’s Bane, Murkmire, Southern Elsweyr and Western Skyrim (including The Reach) are not available through land access.

    Western Skyrim is actually accessible thru Blackreach via the Tavern in the northwest corner of Eastmarch. There's a trapdoor under the stairs to the basement, which has a secret door into a tunnel that empties into Blackreach.

    Thank, I forgot about this trapdoor. If it is the same one from the DHS prologue at the Grinning Horker ? It is not accessible unless you play the prologue. I guess my trio will have a family reunion on Morndas 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e580, to celebrate the second year of the conclusion of their trek. Then run the prologue quest.

    They just finished their army training in Cyrodiil.

    Found it ! The entrance to the Greymoor Caverns from the Mzark Cavern was not that easy to find. I spend almost the whole of my Level 17 character looking for it.

    I restarted Janka again.
    Adding the 5 out of 6 wayshrines of Southern Elsweyr, the 18 from Western Skyrim as well as the 10 from Blackreach.

    30 provinces with 252 wayshrines. Time played 15 hours 32 minutes. Just returned to Stros M'Kai after retrieving my mount in Elhinir, she is Level 18 (134,504 xp).

    She also became a member of the Antiquarian Circle while going through Solitude, as she became a member of the Fighters and Mages Guilds at the start of her story.

    Haha, most welcome. I too actually love traveling to new zones by foot instead of wayshrine if it's at all possible. I prioritize immersion above all else.
