I imagine this NPC has a different name in English, but the issue isn't related to her text but rather her playing an invisible instrument.

    I have seen this same thing with guild trader npcs. Sometimes they don’t have a book in their hands, or a broom, or a painter’s pallette for one npc. It’s not just one npc but a lot of them.
