Some achievements not popping on Xbox that popped ingame.

I've tried clearing local save data, power cycle, etc. while I have the achievements in the game, they do not pop up as unlocked in the Xbox achievements. This includes vanquisher of the pact and cradles of the shadows vanquisher.

    Given the steps you have already tried, we would recommend sending in a bug report using this link so that the developers can be made aware of this.

    @ZOS_Phoenix I believe I've done that before, but is there no way for me to get that achievement since the in game achievement is already unlocked? Besides creating a character on the eu servers and doing the achievement there? Could even getting rid of the achievement in game so i can redo it, is that possible?

    As stated in our FAQ below, the Elder Scrolls Online's Customer Support is not able to give or restore in-game Achievements.

    @ZOS_Bill yes I have the in-game achievement. I need the Xbox ones. So is there nothing that can be done besides playing on a different server and restarting to get the achievement?

    Besides redoing the tasks for the achievement, you can send in a report on this issue with a feedback ticket here.

    Hello @ Zos_Bill , I am having the same issue with Wrathstone Delver, it's my last Xbox achievement and it has been glitched for nearly 1 year.

    The dragon hunter XBox achievement in N Elsweyr is bugged for me.

    I mentioned this elsewhere, but one thing I've seen done in a different game for missing achievements was a one-time re-trigger that the game was programmed to perform the first time that it was run after a major update.

    The problem often seems to be in communication between the game and the XBox servers when the achievement triggers. Every time a failed achievement is reported to XBox, MS say that it's a developer issue, but every developer says the same thing as noted above - they don't have the power to modify a player's achievements. Except it does appear (albeit for a highly limited sample of size of 1 game I know of for sure) that this isn't 100% true.

    It would be really nice if developers (especially those owned by MS) could get together with MS and figure out a permanent solution to this problem.
