🖥️ Rules:

• Each participant can submit only one house (any house except inn rooms, no item limit).
• Open to PC players on EU and NA servers.
• The house must be open to visitors by May 26 (it does not need to be your main residence).
• The house must be designed by you
• EHT FX are not judged.
• No changes can be made to your entry once the contest starts.
• You can submit an existing house if it fits the contest theme. However, if the house has won any prize in a past contest, it cannot be entered.
• You can submit your house in one of two categories, depending on the type of house:

Manors & Large Houses Category (350/300 without ESO+ and 700/600 with ESO+)
Medium & Small Houses Category (200/100 without ESO+ and 400/200 with ESO+)
