Eso has the worst customer support and management.

You need to provide the ticket number on the forum here so @ZOS_Kevin can take a look - he needs to see the ticket number for the ticket you filed.

I have done this and I have stated this in previous comments too.. how about reading the previous comments before coming and sharing "advices".

My biggest gripe about ESO Customer Support is that they can be slow, and the Gifting Feature debacle being run through CS is a mess.

I gotta be honest though - when I've needed to reach out to Customer Support they've been largely helpful and even compassionate.

One minor example - my whole life fell apart a few years ago, and as a result I missed something relatively small on the Crown Store I had really wanted. Honestly, my "issue" was trivial, and could have easily been filed under "100% not their problem".

ESO Customer Support was so kind to me. That little spot of "trivial" brightness during one of my darkest times made a bigger difference than it really should have.

Moments like that earn years of customer loyalty. I hope they always remember that, and keep it close to their core approach for everyone. I have my gripes with ESO, but I've never had an unresolvable problem with their Customer Support as long as I approach them in politeness and good faith. I'm not trying to say no one ever has a legitimate problem, but I feel like they do better than they sometimes get credit for. YMMV, and all that.

what im reading is "i got scammed out of 340k and now ZOS wont refund me"

otherwise, why wouldnt the poster put it on here. so im more inclined to beliieve that ZOS customer services have tried to help - and not ignored.

for all their faults - the customer services team generally respond and answer the question.

It was a very clear game error because the sales data that first was there, was suddenly gone as in one ZOS worker who was looking into it, couldn't find any data of any such sales even when those sales did happen. But I am not going to give any more details about this.

I don't know why I even bothered to post about this here, maybe it was just to let out some steam but I have experienced it many times that either you get ignored, people try to annoy you deliberately with such comments, people take game studios side no matter what, and then there are those who just come to troll the whole topic. Never-ever have I had experience when my post complaining about something got any sympathy or similar thoughts or that I felt like "it was good that I made this post" afterwards. Only regrets because of the annoying or negative feedback or just the trolling. Maybe there are 1 or 2 good people who see the point and can comprehend, but mostly it is just, and I have to say this: Idiots replying with idiotic comments. ( I don't know if they actually are like that, but the comments they gave me seemed and felt that way ).

By all means @ZOS_Kevin come and delete this whole topic I regret ever creating it. And once again I will suffer losses because no one is able to give any help. I am done talking to ZOS support or file any tickets anymore, it gets nowhere.

Clearly ZOS are the only people able to give any help, and we don't know the full story but have tried to give some advice and suggestions as have ZOS in this thread. It does seem that the OP's response has been pretty intolerant and that after opening the thread with the purpose of criticising ZOS he has then turned on anyone who's attempted to offer advice or suggestions. So yes, asking for the thread to be locked at this stage would be a sensible move.

I actually like support, they help me with issues I have and my OCD/ADHD always makes stuff a bit of a challenge.

Support never gets passive aggressive or leave me with no answer and they do the best to help with my issue.

I did not look for your advice or anyone else. I only came here to state that something BS happened and to lay some blame towards game company. Get it? And now you criticize me for being intolerant etc. because I "turned down your help" that I was never even asking or looking for. Why TF would you even assume I am here looking for answers from some forum people over matters that only ZOS officials can handle. Not once did I say in anyway "please forum people help me". I only state that something BS happened. OK. Get it?

I am actually more triggered by people like you than over the matters that happened. I don't care if I lose some video game currency even millions. I can easily make more. I don't care if I lose my opportunity to buy some pixels in game. Of course I will lay blame and complain if I feel like I was treated wrong, but I can continue my life and get over it all pretty easily. But people who start to moralize against me and people who start trolling and twisting things I have said.. They do annoy me. It is just the same as with politics and if I feel like country if giving BS. I complain about it on some forums but after getting annoying comments from random people I actually see that it is not the politicians I hate, it is these people who are even more f** up.

I now would like to rest my case and continuing my lovely evening with movies and junk food.

It's perfectly fine to discuss an issue openly on the forums, hopefully you get help.

I had a problem with a bug in the game related to items sold at the guild merchant. Without going into details, due to this glitch in the game I lost about 340,000 gold.

In order to expect people to sympathize with or believe this, we would need a story about what happened.

Although nothing says that it's user error here, it's very common for people to complain about a bug or glitch that winds up being user error or a feature they didn't know about. So it's not to your discredit that a story about how you lost 340,000 gold would help people understand you, but we can't reasonably be expected to use it as a knock against ZOS without evidence or a story, right?

If it's worth bringing up, it would be a helpful story for others who might experience the same glitch as you. That's a lot of gold to lose all of a sudden.
