no response on my open ticket

I have an open ticket about a ban for no reason and I haven't received a response to this day.
What should I do?

Thanks. I'm all good now. I actually had to change my power option in the control panel to power saver mode to get things working. It's dumb, but it worked.

Can someone actually have a look at my characters that are stuck (ticket 250622-000532). I contacted support and instead of fixing my characters and moving them to another area that works, they insultingly posted troubleshooting template about connection problems rather than reading a single word from my ticket?

I had the exact same response for a Nightblade that was stuck in the ground. I made a video of my character stuck in the ground and posted it on youtube and linked it in my response. It worked and they fixed it. Shouldn't have to do that if they would actually read what we wrote to them the first time.

Update: support has moved my characters to zones which do work. Now just have to avoid those zones like a plague
