Is Infinite Archive broken in a group?

None of my friends have been able to load into Infinite Archive while in a group. Solo works just fine.

    No more than 2 players can enter. So if there are more than 2 players in the group, you might not be able to.

    It's not that. I know how IA works. The game just seems to be broken at the moment.

    Yes, there is currently a problem travelling to instances like dungeons, trials and IA as a group. Kevin said they're already investigating.
