There do seem to be drop rate changes for TOT over time. For example, I also don't seem to be getting as many mundane rune, hardwood, transmute crystals, or golden style pages as I used to get. Maybe it hasn't changed much, but that's my biased view.

When I did recently get a Psijic Psion page, I actually got three of them all within the same half hour or so. That's seeding for you. That's why I recommend opening coffers in bulk. That can backfire of course. I opened 100 coffers at once on my smurf and got no Heavily Played cards or the other Fragment at all.

That's absolutely what's happened.

My guess is that some clever players found a way to automate matches against NPC opponents.

I've played loads and haven't had a Psion drop in WEEKS.

I'm guessing they stop dropping once you've collected the collectibles, because I haven't gotten any of those fragments since completing the collectibles back in August of 2023.

I still get Transmute Crystals often enough to make me wince, since it seems like I'm forever needing to reconstruct a dagger or three to store 25, 50, or 75 crystals every so often so I can pick up more from my Tales of Tribute winnings.

I hope so!! Both that and the Scraps of the Spearhead's Colors. They're so rare that they may as well be nonexistent.

From my experience, drops of style pages and collectible fragments only happen from purple or gold ToT coffers. I tend to just do the PvP ToT daily for the gold coffer.

I lodged a ticket for this, and was essentially told "git gud scrub - keep grinding"

The loot table for this is BUGGED

I'm getting tired of grinding this when it is obvious that the RNG has changed.

May I ask you to please respond to your community of players about this topic.

It is true that something happened to these coffer drops. Yes, they were bit rare before but nothing that can not be farmed by playing ToT regulary on daily level, which is perfectly fine in order to keep players involved into playing this mini game.

However, I can not pinpoint exact time, but maybe 2-3 months ago drops simply stoped. From what I can read in this forum thread, people have same issue as I do.

I tried everything, playing with only Novice NPC, then only Proficient NPC then only Expert NPC, I tried playing with all 3, I tried losing games on purpose, I tried winning fast and winning slow...nothing helped.
I was playing for 8 weeks straight (maybe missed day or two) on two toons, 2x 3 NPC matches to get 6 green coffers and 2 purple coffers + 1 daily golden and from time to time purple coffer from PVP daily and did not get single drop.
I even saw people here who grinded way more then I did...which is terrible waste of time.
That is by all means very wrong, this could will lead to scenario that people will simply stop playing ToT since there is no point or end in grinding.
As I already mentioned, drop chances were fine before, because I got almost all drops playing way less then I described in this post.

I am not pointing fingers at you or anyone, I am just searching for explanation for me and for other poor souls who played ToT everyday for months, what happened to these drops? Why are they much lower or non-existant now? Did something else happened?

Please, I know you are all busy, but take a look at our request, we just want explanation for something that obviously changed and has impacted our gameplay and reward system.

I am also encouraging other members of this community to share their feedback about this. Maybe we missed something, maybe we are doing something wrong.

Still have not received any fragments, even after the event. Are these drops turned off? Is it a glitch that needs patching? Hours and hours wasted with no drops in sight, I don't even want to keep trying at this point. We really do need an updated, please @ZOS_Kevin.

that should be true of any collectible

the problem thats going on is the drop rate is so abyssmal people cant even get the drops in the first place to complete the collectible

i havent gotten any of the collectible drops from tribute in over a year either (granted i dont play tribute as much right now, needed a break from it because of the horrendous drop rates)

@ZOS_Kevin I know things are likely busy with the upcoming content drop, but as you can see from this thread, many people have seen the same thing: the scraps/cards are not dropping from ToT coffers.

I felt like somethings wrong too. I used to be able to get about 1 card a week by doing a daily ToT game and submitting the dueling tributes daily on 1 or 2 chars every 3 days. I only ever opened gold coffers. After Solstice came out I continued the same strat, but now even eventually added a 3rd character and did not get a single heavily played tribute card, just 1 scrap of spearheads colors. This needs to be investigated, U46 messed something up 100%.
