I read somewhere that this set did not function in BG's. Is this true, why not, and are there any other sets that don't? Also, tried to post this in the BG sub group, but wasn't able to.

everything is working. You've probably read in the context that it doesn't fully reveal itself in BG. Because ult needs to throw 80-280 points. I used to have that opinion myself. But in fact, with an average ulta of 150 points, this is 3450 penetrations, which is very good.0 -

That is outdated. That is talking about the NonCP campaign Ravenwatch which until a few months ago used to not allow any proc sets so a set like Balorgh didnt work there.
Now proc sets are enabled again in that campaign, so Balorgh works again.
It always worked in BGs.PC/EU, StamSorc Main1
