Why in the world is Polar Winds getting a selfhealing buff?

Of all the heals that didn't need any kind of buff, this is on the top of the list. I get that the cross heal is reduced, and rightly so, but why would the self heal get any kind of buff whatsoever?

Tonturri✭✭✭✭✭Yeah this was a weird one, the heal was already quite strong on wardens, especially with their health buff. I could see other classes getting less benefit since they don't have both skill lines at base for the health buff, but it's a strong burst heal *and* Hot and is one of the few remaining burst heals I've seen in pvp used instead of the scribing heal.0 -

When I first saw Arctic Wind pop up in the patch notes, I actually got a little excited - was this it? Had my desperate pleas to restore Arctic Blast's healing finally been heard? Alas… not this time. But maybe next patch.
It's nice that Polar Wind will be less annoying in PvP though.1 -

It can have a hot, but it's weak. The burst heal on healing soul is worth giving up the polar hot on most builds. But the hot on polar no longer benefits allies.
I get my hots from two other skills on my den... at least I will after this patch.
