How much are we talking? On live server its currently the rarest and most expensive item in the game. Will it still be the rarest item in the game or is it going to be as rare as lets say Aetherial Cypher?

I think it is bugged, there are no offers on the market. They should increase significantly that there is at least one drop every day on the server.

Isn't it from bgs? Also. I think you have to have the dissertation in your active inventory, meaning not in the bank or on another toon.

If someone could confirm...?

I'm trying to get this too but still getting tel var for the dissertation

Pretty sure it's just a random drop from BG period with no other requirements.

they need to increase this drop rate GREATLY, it shouldn't be valued more than 500k

If that recipe would drop like candy, then nobody would buy the 150% scroll from the crown store anymore.

Also have in mind, that the recipe is only included in the champions rewards.
BGs are also not really popular. So the less players are playing, the less recipes are ingame.

Honestly if we could just get clarity on the requirements... like very clear, this and this and that and the drop rate is z... I would be happy.
