Just want to remind you guys why you changed radiant execute to 1.8 seconds m9jg9kn5tsp2.jpg

Its such a big 180 with these pts notes from previous developer comment and it feels like its not the same person doing these changes.

Changing it to 4.8 seconds will change up templar rotation alot, it cant be weaved with relequen. Templar is high apm action class, the 4.8 second channel is absurdy long and doesnt fit in.

The sad part is that it just might be the same person.

Remember when they got rid of percentage based things? Like, a whole overhaul about how flat values were a game changer...now we're back to 33% (repeating of course)

I mean, if you’re determined to run sets that require LAs, you could just cancel it with a block. Also, most of those sets have 5 second timers, so theoretically with perfect weaving you don’t even need that.

It’s silly, but I think people who want to short beam could still play like that

Thanks for pointing this out. Another reason to feel disdain for this poor change. If I wanted to wait 5 seconds between playing the game I'd be an arcanist.

So instead of having a class with a good pace to the skills and that (in my opinion) flows extremely well, we get a weird janky overcomplicated mess where you must block cancel just to be able to keep up your own sets.

I've seen this "but you can cancel the beam and lose nothing so it's all fine" argument a few times now. If that's the case then it's not going to fix the so-called problem it was meant to fix for PvP. So what's the point changing it at all?

Please revert this change. It was completely unnecessary and destroys an entire playstyle.

I honestly don’t understand this channel time increase change. Just nerf or buff the damage if it needs it. This feels like one of those changes where there wasn’t a problem that needs fixing but they waste time on it anyway.

If I want to short beam, then having to do something you admit is "silly" is not going to make me want to short beam.

Silly means this change is silly, will make the game less fun to play, and thus doesn't belong in an update.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.
