You will find those fixes and more in the Update 45 Incremental 2 patch notes listed below. The sizes of today's update are 2.1 GB (XB1)/ 2.5 GB (XBX)

UI- A Guild in Crisis
- Starting the quest “A Guild in Crisis” from the Crown Store no longer causes a book-related UI error to occur.

General- You can now experience the updated ESO Logo on the login in screen.
General- Mage's Guild Portal Recall Customized Action: Added missing portal FX so when a player recalls, they properly step through a visual portal as intended.
General- Auridon
- Lizard Racing: This quest is no longer repeatable, awards less gold and less experience than before, as there is little required activity involved.
General- You no longer crash when viewing a book with screen narration enabled.
- You no longer crash when mousing over map pins.
- Resizing the screen while on the gamepad character screen works as intended.
- Loading in with an active companion no longer causes a UI issue with their skill bar.
