Can Warden's Green Lotus Critically Heal?

I've always been a little confused by the lack of scaling with this skill, and am wondering if it can critically heal given its fixed healing values?

Subclassing has me oddly excited about trying to combo Green Lotus (group LA heals while weaving) with Sorc's Power Surge (critical heals proc an AOE heal). Could be a lot of passive group healing.

Yes, it can critically heal. That combo was something I was thinking about trying, since in groups I normally try to help with healing and what not, and using lotus flower to proc power surge should be reliable.

Thanks! Yep, mostly thinking about a healer that can focus more on DPS, with my LA weaving doing a lot of my healing duties (and providing that Warden health buff too!) Might be nice for farming normal dungeons.
