With the new way ESO will be going I am thinking about creating 10 new characters through my 2 accounts before the Anniversary Jubilee Event closes. I have not decided what their class will be yet (except the Argonian).

Once I get off the Wailing Prison, I will transport them to their growing up locations, so we can learn what they did before meeting the Hooded Figure. They will find the wayshrines, the above ground locations Skyshards and do some of the miscellaneous quests.
I will not do the Delves, Dungeons, World and Group Events. I will keep that for after I return them to the starting island locations.

NA Server first account:
Imperial – West Weald on all 3 Factions!

Eu Server first account – FIRST ALDMERI DOMINION:
Altmer – Summerset Isle
Bosmer – Greenshade or Grahtwood
Khajiit – Ne Quin-al (Anequina/Northern Elsweyr)

NA Server second account – SECOND DAGGERFALL COVENANT:
Breton – High Isle
Orc – not sure yet, Wrothgar or Craglorn
Redguard – Alik’r Desert

EU Server second account – EBONHEART PACT:
Dunmer – Morrowind or the Telvanni Peninsula
Nord – will be coming from The Reach
Saxhleel (Argonian) – no choice Gold Coast and Murkmire: Shadowscale

During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

I started with my Saxhleel (Argonian). When he arrived on Bleakrock Isle he used the island wayshrine and returned to Lilmoth to fetch his mount. This enabled me to show what he had done before he met the Hooded Figure.

I was born in the Bright-Throat Village of Murkmire on 11 Hist-Dooka 2e559, under the sign of the Shadow. When I was still a hatchling my parents and I went to the Gold Coast but my egg mother refused to give me up. Since I was an hatchling I have known I was different. Invoking the Hist Tree at a wayshrine would enable me to travel between any shrines I previously visited. Other people could not do that … One thing is certain — when I visit a new region I intend to take the time and find all its wayshrines.

As it can be assumed, he is a Stamina Nightblade / Shadowscale.

I started by becoming a member of the Fighters and Mages Guilds.

When I reached my 15 Nameday Ukaspa, Stablemaster in Lilmoth, gave me a Wild Hunt Horse which was left to him by a Bosmer thief in dire need. I nicknamed her "Greenmare".

I could not do any misc. quests on the Gold Coast as they all involved NPCs from the main quest (Captain Jimila, Crafty Lerisa, Kireth and Raynor Vanos as well as Naryu Virian). But I became a Shadowscale meeting my new friends (he has not gone to Kvatch yet).

In Murkmire I could do 7 "stand alone" misc. quests, there were 3 that involved NPCs I had not yet met (Captain Jimila, Lady Laurent and Overseer Shiralas).

I also ignored the Prophet when he appeared to me in Anvil.

He returned to Bleakrock Isle as a level 13 Stamina Nightshade / Shadowscale. Time played 7 hours 32 minutes.

I intend for him to return and finish the Gold Coast/Dark Brotherhood and the Cyrodilic Collection/Murkmire after finishing the Ebonheart storyline and before doing "Messages Across Tamriel".

I just finished the backstory of two others of my characters.

First is my Stamina Templar Orc.

I was born on 11 Last Seed 2e563 to an Iron Orc maiden. I never knew my father; he died defending the Exarch’s Stronghold from bloodfiends according to Shaman Lashburr Tooth-Breaker. After his death my mother moved to the city of Belkarth and worked at the Trader’s Delight Bazaar. She unfortunately died giving me life. As she had moved out of the Valley of Scars the clan refused to take care of me. Being a friend of Adele Barbe, the owner of the Trader’s Delight, the Nibenese Imperial scholar Phrastus of Elinhir adopted me and I grew up at the Domus Phrasticus.

Since puberty I have known I was different. Invoking the name of Malacath at a way shrine would enable me to travel between any shrines I previously visited. However, I never tried to invoke any of the Divines of the Cyrodiilic Pantheon. I also found a miniature way shrine in the basement of the Crossroads Tavern and Inn. Small enough to be stored in a backpack. A Redguard, Kasura, told me there is an urban legend about it: using it I could teleport myself to any homestead I own from anywhere on Nirn! If you believe the legend. Curiouser and curiouser because I know I can ! Into my backpack it goes. One thing is certain — when I visit a new region I intend to take the time and find all its way shrines.

For my fifteenth Nameday Phrastus was able to persuade Chieftain Braadoth to give me an Hermitage Servitor which I nicknamed »Gibber«.

While I was locating the other wayshrines in Craglorn I met a Templar living near the Hel-Ra Citadel. I asked if he could train me, and he accepted. After a couple of months, I left as he started to be too friendly with me. I continued my training on my own and with the help of the Iron Orc Shaman. I would have liked to have some training from my “father”, but he had been recalled to the Imperial City by the Empress Regent Clivia Tharn. Then one morning I woke up in the Wailing Prison of Coldharbour.

Since there is not much to do in Craglorn for a lone teenager she was able to meet the representatives of the Fighters and Mages Guilds and a funny Khajiit who calls himself the Herald Amsaad. Returning to Stros M'Kai as a Level 6. Time played 1 hour 45 minutes.

Meet my Nord, a Stamina Warden / Scout.

I was born in the plains of the Reach on 11 Frostfall 2e559, under the sign of the Tower. I am technically a member of the Dragonclaw Clan even though my name is Eagleseer, but my parents broke up with the tribe and moved to the city of Solitude when I was 9 years old.

I knew something was different with me: I found out when I was 14 that invoking the name of any of the Nordic Divines (Kyne, Mara, Dibella, Stuhn, Jhunal, Shor, Orkey or Aldiun) at a wayshrine would enable me to travel to other known wayshrines. I have yet to meet anyone else who can do that. For some reason I am uneasy to try invoking one of the Daedra. I moved out of my parents home on Sundas 24 Morningstar 2e578. One thing is certain — when I visit a new region I intend to take the time and find all its wayshrines.

I met the representatives of the Fighters and Mages Guilds in Solitude. I even became a member of the Antiquarian Circle. I also trained to be allowed to do Writs.

I decided to help the Bard College to retrieve their musical instruments. So I got Ripper, my Crypt Warden Death Hound, out of the stable and decided to ride. Some of them were hidden in Delves, I just got in and retrieve the items and got out, almost without a scratch. I was not exactly the case in Nchuthnkarst, however my pet bear helped a lot. Afterward we had a magnificent Salskap.

Then one morning I woke up in the Wailing Prison of Coldharbour.

Once again I did not involved myself with the Delves, apart from retrieving the musical instruments. I found all the entrances to the underworld and their wayshrines. Returning to Bleakrock Isle as a Level 15. Time played 8 hours 32 minutes.

There were 3 other new characters that were created just before the 10 April announcement.

First is a Bosmer Stamina Warden, current living quarters Snugod, Elden Root. Created with version 10.3.6 ...

I was born on 12 Evening Star 2e556 at the Redfur Trading Post in Grahtwood. I was orphaned at a young age and Valirr, the Khajiiti leader of the Hollow Moon Organization took care of me. I went my own way when I was 15 years of age.

Since I was a teenager in Valenwood I have known I was different. Invoking the name of any of the Divines: Auri-El, Y'ffre, Arkay, Xarxes, Mara, Stendarr, Z'en, Baan Dar, Hermaeus-Mora, Jone and Jode, Hircine or even the hateful Lorkan at a wayshrine would enable me to travel between any shrines I previously visited. Other people could not do that.

My former lover Galolion, Stablemaster in Elden Root, offered me an Inkfur Ursauk on my sixteenth nameday. I named him "Oakborn". I located all 10 wayshrines in Grahtwood.

Then one day she woke up in the Wailing Prison of Coldharbour.

She is currently level 20, have done her training in Cyrodiil and has just rescued Lyris Titanborn. Played time 9 hours 7 minutes.

Second is my Imperial, another Stamina Warden, who went before Mara and took a Breton as his mate.

I was born on 18 Last Seed 2e556 at Castle Brindle. My father left Cyrodiil and moved to Skingrad in West Weald when I was just fifteen years of age. He is currently residing at the Linchal Grand Manor on the Gold Coast.

When I became a teenager, I realized I was different. Invoking the name of any of the Divines of the Cyrodiilic Pantheon at a wayshrine (Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Julianos, Kynareth, Mara, Morihaus, Reman, Shezarr, Stendarr, Zenithar) would enable me to travel between any shrines I previously visited. I have yet to meet anyone else who can use wayshrines. One thing is certain — when I visit a new region, I intend to take the time and locate all its wayshrines.

On my 16 Nameday my father gave me a monstrous beast that I became very fond of. A West Weald Tharriker. I nicknamed him "Viper's Bane".

I became a member of the Fighters and Mages Guilds and trained to do daily Writs.

After his misadventure in Coldharbour he went to Stros M'Kai, Betnikh. Met with the Prophet at the Harborage. After that he went for training in Cyrodiil and upon his return saved King Casimir's life.

Time played 11 hours 33 minutes.

The third one is my old friend Breton that I decided to reanimate (new character though). She had been previously created in August 2020. Great story created by tsaescishoeshiner as #5.
    forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/541221/who-was-captain-margaux#latest

    She is a Magicka Templar

I was born on Middas, 11 Last Seed 2e563 under the sign of the Warrior in the town of Vastyr on the Isle of Galen in the Systres Archipelago (eastern islands of the Thrassian Reef). When I became a teenager, I realized I was different. Invoking the name of any of the Eight Divines at a wayshrine (Akatosh, Kynareth, Julianosm Dibella, Arkay, Zenithar, Mara, Stendarr) would enable me to travel between any shrines I previously visited.

On my fourteenth nameday my parents secured for me an Amenos Ornaug, about 3 years old. I named her "Waverider". It took a couple of months to find the 22 wayshrines of the Systres and I was not yet 16 when I met Ember and Isobel who became my friends and Companions. I have yet to meet anyone else who can use wayshrines. One thing is certain — when I visit a new region, I intend to take the time and locate all its wayshrines.

She also became a member of the Fighters and Mages Guild, trained to be able to make Writs. She even tried her hands in Tales of Tribute but Master Brahgas gave up on her. Cards are not for her.

She just escaped from Coldharbour and found herself on Stros M'Kai. She used the wayshrine of Port Hunding and returned with "Waverider" and Ember. Time played 5 hours 36 minutes.

She was born in Lillandril on the isle of Summerset on 11 Frostfall 2e560, under the sign of the Tower. The dissension with Kinlady Avanisse of Shimmerene happened early in Queen Ayreen’s reign and she became a member of the Psijic Order; then helped recover the stolen artifacts of the Vault of Moawita. After the tutorial I sent her straight away to the Garret in Alinor without leaving the tower where she appeared from the Wailing Prison.

When I sent her back to Khenarthi's Roost she was surprised that Razum-dar did not recognize her.

By the time she arrived on Auridon and got her short training at the Eastern Elsweyr Gate she was level 22. Time played 12 hours 49 minutes.

Here I am, 12 characters (4 per Alliances). All have met Abnur Tharn in the Worm Retreat (Chasing Shadows) and all have done the first Mage's Guild quest (Long Lost Lore). For the First Aldmeri Dominion it took a little more legwork (Silsailen, South Beacon and Phaer), I am now ready to continue their stories.

This project just took under 2 months. My Altmer is a member of the Psijic Order, my Nord and the 3 Imperials are members of the Antiquarian Circle and my Saxhleel is a Shadowscale. My Breton was born on the island of Galen but does not like to play cards so she never bothered with the Tales of Tribute favored in the Archipelago.
