Nice skill style! I mean, if you use a flame staff. Far less visually impressive for frost/lightning staff users.

This felt a bit of bait/switch to me, as previewing it, shows how it looks with a flame staff used BUT does not mention this. Does not leverage
your current damage staff type equipped during the preview.

I get why there are 3 alternate looks, as wall of elements also has 3 alternate looks. That said, I'd have hugely favored this skill style as a valid method to gain a cool sort of flame staff wall of elements visual, while using a lightning staff [as the preview demonstrated! I use lighting staff for damage reasons, HA build.

    The preview let you see the different staff types though. At the bottom near your characters feet. Same thing as how you can preview mounts with different mount upgrades.

    Dang, that's cool! Maybe too used to it not existing. Nice it works for that, though ZOS, maybe consider previews for walking and running for polymorphs also. A big part of deciding to pick those up is seeing how they move, for me.

    Still would LOVE the flame staff autumn leaves to be active for lighting staffs. Flame staff wall of elements imo looks the best, vs lighting and frost, by miles. Must it follow wall of elements tradition in using 3 different visuals?

    If I use a flame staff to enable that visual, my HA aoe dmg plummets.

    Hello there,

    I have, I think, a bit of an odd question...

    first i totally love this skillstyle and use it for all chars with staff

    BUT I cannot use it with my tanks...

    Does anyone else encountered / heard a beeping sound when using the frost wall??? (the beeping sound only comes with the elemental wall of an icestaff!!!)

    It is very faint and it reminds me of a digital beeping alarmclock, sometimes it has 3 beeps or 4, accureing totally random, mostly when the wall is cast... If I turn FX-sound to zero, the beeping sound also dissapears. So the sound is totally related to the gamesounds and not cause some add-on is interfearing with anything...
    Also I can hear it, when I am in a group and the tank cast his frost wall with autumn leaves active. I even recognized it in a stream of a tank using it.

    I wish zos will rework the sound for it, cause it totaly drives me crazy and I really wanted to use the skillstyle for my tanks...

    Ew, yes I heard that. I went directly to 01:30 atfer I couldn't hear it in the first minute with the music on.
    That's a disgusting sound.
