All this work , all these changes

Ignoring >1000 posts about how broken RoA is-- worst set in PvP, breaks all rules, 12m radius, free damage from Proc, and worse of all, no CC immunity and can be applied repeatedly by several players

WHY ZOS? WHY DO YOU IGNORE US
3 GOs, a Warlord, and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP

    They mentioned on a other thread they are, in so many words, looking at this but it would take at least 6-9 months to have anything tangible.

    What other thread? They have had almost 4 years now. Why do they need another 6-9 months? There isn't anything more to look at. All they needed was a few weeks to completely remove Azueblight.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    Yes. It is balanced. Every class can sub in a class skill aoe gap closer, northern storm, and probably be better RoA builds than they ones we have today.

    There are quite a few threads on this. I've made one as well. My napkin analysis below. Hopefully it gets yeeted from nirn soon.

    "It's not just the part of it that doesn't work as intended. It's the sheer imbalance and power of this set. It is stronger than an ultimate and doesn't require targeting anyone. Take dk chains as an example comparison. In 8v8 this set gives you 3700 magicka (cost of chains) times up to 8 every 8 seconds, doesnt require targeting, doesnt apply cc immunity, hits all 8 poeple really hard, and costs at least one gcd if not more to all enemies... and this is if it is working as intended... it is completely broken without it being bugged. Being bugged puts it into epic meme category. It's an absolute joke that any aoe pull sets exists in pvp but this set takes the cake."

    Fyi, 12m radius is 453m2 ( area of a circle) 453 square meters every 8 seconds..

    ZOS don't consider Rush as a problem, the only thing they are attempting to fix is the desync which occurs when the player using the set moves position e.g. via nightblade shadow image. This is what's taking them the time to try and fix.

    Personally I think it's quite clear why Rush isn't being nerfed and its the same reason NB is being buffed basically every patch.
    @ZOS_Gilliam you could very easily change the set to give CC immunity to players after the pull and it would solve 90% of the complaints (it's still poorly indicated and has the bug mentioned above but the main complaint is the 'spam cc' effect of the set).

    Not true. They stated they are looking at other things, i clouding the frequency at which this set can pull players.

    This discussion occurred during one of my many breaks from the game. Breaks that have been prompted because of things like RoA.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    With things like invincible blocktanks, 1tap overload sorcs, bombers and powercrept sets the solution for me is Vengeance. Some are even defending Lightning Staff Tri-Focus 1shots in Imperial City PVP. Its Vengeance from here on out. It got to the point where new sets/mythic just meant more powercreep anyways so now I won't have to worry. Vengeance fixes the stress of further imbalance.

    This has become a joke ZOS this set has been on all the forums. Patch after patch no adjustments or removal. This is one of the worst OP sets since the release of the game. What is going on? This is absolutely dispised by your pvp playerbase, let it stand in PVE but make it not work in PVP.

    It seriously cannot be that hard to make it apply CC immunity.

    This set is the only thing that breaks that golden rule of combat.

    What other data do you need to analyze? What other feedback do you need to hear?

    No other pull in the game breaks this rule and guess what? They all work fine. Why does Rush need to have this exception?

    Make it apply CC immunity and be done with it.
