This amazing solution to achieve what was impossible to get till this day - honest feedback about balance, since from this day anyone can use any skill they claim is OP! Not to mention it gives so many options. I'm really excited about this feature, really good job ZOS. You have my sub ;)

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter.     I think this could play our very fun too, and I'm glad they decided to go with trying it out! I would have settled for just class change tokens and more grimoires, but this is probably even more fun, and elder scrollsy!

    Yes, it feels much like a return to Elder Scrolls roots. I very much disliked the restriction of the classes.

    I'm satisfied that this inspires the developers to instill class identity based balancing to make each skill line have some desirable traits to them. Of course, Streak, Cloak and other very powerful abilities will make biases, but its nice to know that the game seems to actually be improving for players who wish to continue to play purely the class they chose to begin with. Changes to passives involving Magicka/Stamina/Health instead of just one or two like with Undead Confederate are great changes but moreso in the Magicka Flood readjustment. Overall, looks good.
