Xbox NA - Ornate Gear cannot be sold to merchants.

When doing inventory cleanup on my toons today, I was deconstructing gear with a rag picker. I can see the ornate gear at the bottom of the rag picker list. However when I went to pull out my pocket merchant (fezes) I could not see this gear to sell to them. I then went to a blacksmith (vivec city one) and again, I could not see or sell them my intricate gear. Double checked with the theif fence collectable. Just to make sure it wasn't showing up there (they where not stolen items).
it seems that these kinds of items are now invisible to merchants and my only option is to "deconstruct" them. causes me to miss out on gold selling these kinds of items.
Is this a known bug? or something else going on?

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭XB-NA and had no issues either last night or this afternoon (so either side of your OP). Maybe just a glitch - did it clear after a quit/restart?

Konstanz✭✭yea. dumped the random data file, rebooted (hold press hard reboot cycle.) rebooted modem/router. still nadda. it does sound on my end. i hope my series s isn't doing death rolls. tonight i'm doing a factory reset. i'll keep ppl posted.🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
