[SOLVED] Did not receive Ouroboros Crate after watching the second stream on 4-10-2025

I watched the full stream on twitch on 4-10-2025 (both streams) and received the monkey pet in twitch and got it in game. I received the Ouroboros Crate in twitch (and claimed it) but it never showed up in game.

I failed to remember that the monkey was a code, not for "watching" the stream.
My accounts were linked last time I watched the stream, oddly they were not this go around. They are linked now and crate received.
