Something Fishy Going On

So the other day I decided to go out fishing. I soon discovered that I can't. I have 3 account with a total of 24 toons. Every one of my toons is fine except one. For some reason I do not show the option to cast above the node.
As you can see in this screenshot there are no words where there should be. And its only on this one toon of 24 toons.

✭You're probably just not close enough to the fishing hole or you just need to adjust your camera angle on it, then you'll see it.0 -

This screenshot is just an idea, but I was close enough. When I first encountered this I double checked from every angle and distance. I would also stand in the node. Maybe it’s the same thing.
