[XboxNA] Tribute Matches Bugged / Unplayable?

I just went into an unranked match for the Commemorative Activity Achiever. My opponent and I selected our patrons, first cards were dealt, my turn was up, and I couldn't do anything. The cursor was gone from the screen, and moving the Left Dpad did nothing. The only thing I could do was pause, and then concede.

Anyone else seeing this? Don't want to put myself in the position of having to concede multiple ToT matches before first play trying to debug this issue.

In my 4 attempts to play a match, all 4 times I was unable to see and select my patrons to start the match. The first 3 times, I was selected to pick first, but since I couldn't see or select anything, the time expired and I was force to forfeit the match. The forth time, the other player had to select first, and they had the same problem and had to forfeit first.

I know this was listed as a known issue in the patch notes, but I tried all the work arounds it mentioned and nothing I tried seemed to fix this UI glitch. I tried restarting multiple times and logging in on multiple characters.

Until this is fixed, I will not play anymore ToT matches.

We have this noted in the patch notes. We will have this fixed in an upcoming incremental.

We have been able to reproduce the issue and have a bug in for this. This will be resolved in a future incremental patch. Currently a work-around is to restart the game client and load back in-game with a few characters. Our testing has shown Patrons reappear after that process.

Just adding to this: I managed to play a game without the ui bug finally and finish but it didn't tick off for the achievement...
