Can't move after sieging a fort in Cyrodiil

Happened 3 times at different forts. Every time I summoned a ballista to attack a gate, and once the gate was destroyed, I pressed Left Alt to exit the ballista and couldn't move.
While in this state, I can still mount, dodge and attack, but the movement keys do not work.

madman65✭✭✭✭Did you have the swirling around your feet at the time? There is something happening at times, Gamers will be running and just stop for no reason. I myself have had it but I had the swirl around my feet like I had been stunned. Back when I did some PVP, I would be on my mount and just stopped Galloping then hit the movement key and off I went to my destination.0
