Thought I try out a Templar.
Went to Bleakrock Island.
What did i find...or rather...what did i not find?

There are so few harvesting nodes it hurts.
and the few that are there are either camped by bots or
snitched away by speeding bots running below the surface.

Somehow I had hoped things would improve in the Bot war...
but is gets worse. Whayever Z-Max does, It does not work.
the bots are a step ahead.
Slow down node re-spawn (i think that is what Z-Max has been doing) and the bots just run faster. There is almost nothing left for the real players.

Yes, it is very frustrating... such hopes for the game...such disappointment.

I keep this post up until someone from Z-Max responds.
current update... three Speed-bots (apart from the usual ones)operating on Bleakrock Island, harvesting all nodes clean.

Stupid speed bots. i thought I camp two nodes for a while to get at least something..however, these bots are so fast all I see is a flash and the nodes are gone. They harvest in milliseconds. Z-Max... Do something guys... this is not funny any longer

I never thought i need to camp for resources...wrong...camping is the only way to keep up with the Bots in this game.

you know GM's and Dev's and anyone reading this ESO bot watch...after camping nodes (the only way to get something) i finally learned the name of one speed bot 'fwww'. It runs though rocks and over water and harvests in 10ms flat.... that is 4 nodes.

been thinking about this... I think a start a new post called "ESO Bot watch"the fastest bots on the Web..or something like this.

They know its a problem and im sure they're working to fix it ASAP. I never realized how bad it was until i made an alt last week and saw bot trains EVERYWHERE. They've even learned how to fly, and burrow underground like moles. MOLES I TELL YOU.

Hehe... thanks..it is true.
I just made this post to have some fun to overcome my frustration with these creep bots. i mean...i used to just run about the island and harvest...now i camped already for two hours to get anything at all.

GM's, I have not seen fwww in awhile...did you get him?

Guess what GM's... I actually did see a player Char....WOW! Well, I did see some twenty or more Bots also...they make sort of a nice back-ground... I mean the player Chars.

please do not be angry with me... but this is my way of letting off steam about the deplorable issue. It is bad... it is REALLY bad. i am glad when i get off this island... it is the last time come back to it...scrap the thing and the bots...and maybe the game in a few month...until you get the upper hand.

actually i'm going to take the exact opposite position as chirru and say encourage the bots to farm out the starter island. because taking all those nodes has 0 effect on me in the rest of the game. i'm able to farm all ore, wood, cloth, flowers, and runes since stonefalls and beyond.

also all those materials are virutally worthless now anyhow. you level up your craft and get plenty of materials from deconning the trash gear drops.

so i'm gonna say since all the other things ZOS has done so far against the botting scourge has only slowed them down its better they are so focused in that area than the rest of the game.

the best thing you can do for yourself is just move on from that area. ESO is a big game.
