Cannot finish the quest - cannot interact with quest giver after completing the dungeon.

Just to confirm, you let the whole cutscene play out, right? It's a bit long, but you should get the turn in prompt afterwards.

If it's still not letting you turn it in, try seeing if it's a difficulty issue (ie. picked up the quest on norm and tried turning in on vet, etc.).

Otherwise, I don't think there was a mandatory "talk to npc" quest step, but it could be stuck on not the completed quest stage.

Just a few things to try in case that might fix the issue.

but it's literally showing at the top right of my screenshot that I need to talk to her.

There was no cutscene, and another member of my PUG had the same problem. (The other two left the dungeon immediately after killing the last boss, so presumably had already done the quest.)

I did enter the (normal) dungeon on my own and got the quest before joining the queue, but I always do that, and never had any problems handing in the quests up until now. The other new dungeon worked fine.

Did you pick up the quest from the prompt of another person having picked it up, or directly from the quest giver?

A friend and I both had this problem last night after picking up from the prompt that shows up when someone in your group picks it up, and it turned out that the quest was in neither of our journals at the end. Ive done it on another character with no problem, but i had picked the quest up directly from the quest giver, so im wondering if the issue lies actually with the share option for the dungeon quest.

Did you double check to make sure that the quest was actually in your journal?

Edit: ah no, missed the part where the “talk to NPC” option was showing do you definitely have the quest picked up. Not sure then. This quest might just have multiple bugs involved

I can confirm that I had the same glitch happen to my whole group last night. We ran it again and I could complete the quest as well as one of my other group mates but oddly another group mate still was not able to complete the quest.

I tried relogging and exiting the dungeon and coming back but neither worked. This needs a fix.

Just ran into this and submitted a ticket. Edit: xbox NA

On Normal, the lady was there in the room, but I couldn't interact with her / turn in, until I went through the portal a couple of times, then it let me turn in.

On Vet, same initial problem, I went through portal and back, and she effing disappeared entirely. One pug member was nice enough to stay around for me to travel out / in, and she was still missing entirely.

Same exact issue here on Xbox Series X on the NA server.

This was my daily random dungeon. Started the quest on normal as usual. Ran the dungeon. Watched the cutscene at the end and couldn't interact with her to finish the quest. A group member suggested leaving the dungeon and coming back. Which I tried but when I came back she had completely disappeared and I still couldn't finish the quest.

We were 4 (of course), 3 of us were doing the quest for the 1st time.
As soon as we killed the last boss, the quest disappeared from our journal (I took a video to be sure). So no further steps, since the quest vanished.
Next run: the quest didn’t disappear, but we couldn’t talk to the NPC to finish it. However, exiting the dungeon (while one person stayed inside) and coming back solved the issue: this time we could talk to the NPC and finish the quest.

As a side note, I've had the quest glitch on normal, but not on vet. It's weird.

I have the same issue. the NPC doesn't show up to end the quest.
I even tried to leave the dungeon and come back in but the issue persists.
