Still all Wayshrines on map

Well as I wrote in the title, for me I can still see ALL Wayshrines on the map, not just the important ones as it should be. For that to happen I need to off and on the Filter once on the map, but if I close and open it again, I also have to filter it again.

    Are you by chance using Votan's minimap addon? We've found this was causing an issue much like you're describing.

    Oh good. So am I, so I'll still have the "normal map". I never did have an issue with the "busyness" others were unhappy about.

    Shoot, I don't want a minimap. I just want all of my wayshrines back. It's throwing me off so, so much not being able to port the way I used to. It's straight up muscle-memory at this point after almost 11 years of playing. I really, really, really wish ZOS would learn what an options menu is for.

    Can confirm - also using Votan's Minimap. I'm glad, I like it the old way.

    im also using Votan's Minimap, but if you go too the filter selection, and toggle one of the things it works. then most shrines disepere on the Temial map.

    I've not used it cause I installed it for the mini map. But looking at the addon settings there is parameter to enable / disable mini map. I would give it a try.

    Maybe not a long term solution tho. I guess we'll see...

    Likely not, but hopefully someone's already hard at work on an add-on to reverse the map changes. The zone names are a nice touch and all, but I'd prefer functionality with all the wayshrines.

    My issue was not Mini-map. It'sd Lost treasure is causing an error.

    Turned that off and it's fine.

    Good to know there is a way to not have to deal with the new maps. Only some of the cities/shrines I use were made available on the world map, it's a bit tedious.

    So if we use Votan‘s Minimap and Worldmap Wayshrine Controller, we can still fully control what wayshrines appear or don‘t appear on the whole Tamriel map? Because this would be awesome!
    There are some wayshrines besides capital ones, that I‘d really like to keep for several reasons (events, guild traders, …)

    So if this is unintended behavior, please make it a feature 😊

    Yes you can hide the minimap with a single checkbox in the settings.

    That does seem to be the case.

    I'm using Votan's Minimap and Worldmap Wayshrine Controller (set to hide dungeons & trials and unowned houses but show everything else) and my map icons are the same after the update as they were before.

    Hopefully this means someone can make/update an addon to let us choose to bring back the wayshrines on the Tamriel map, once the current bug is 'fixed'.

    Now the shrine behaviour is there, but assets on the map (icons etc) move in a strange way when zooming in and out.
    You can test difference by disable addon.

    I just wanted to say I love your mini map add-on and as a beta player I’ve used it ever since it was in the game. It was probably the first add-on I got. I’m one of those players that if I try to play a game without a mini map every few feet I’m stopping and opening up the map to make sure I’m still going in the right direction. 😂

    I don't think the whole map needed the wayshrines reduced... just the small zones with more than 1 shrine. Galen was the worst for this.
