Bug Quest: Quest "Scars Never Fade"

Bug Summary:
In the quest Scars Never Fade, I am unable to proceed after the step to "Talk to No-Fingers outside of the sea cave." No-Fingers is stuck inside the cave (on the right side), making interaction impossible.

Reproduction Steps:
Talk to Officer Parwinel.
Convince Slim-Jah, No-Fingers, and Uta-Tei to talk to you.
Attend the meeting.
Find and kill hunters along the shore.
Attempt to talk to No-Fingers outside of the sea cave.
Observed Behavior:
No-Fingers does not appear outside the sea cave but remains stuck inside it. This prevents any interaction and progression in the quest.

Troubleshooting Attempts:
Abandoning and restarting the quest: I tried twice, but the issue persists.

Possible solution for people: Logging out and back in: Has nudged No fingers slightly out as such I can now talk to him from a part of his side that's sticking out.[/b]

    I can confirm this bug as of yesterday.

    Platform: X-Box series X
    Updated fully to 1.38.2.0 (always updated)
    Things I tried to get to him.
    Jump and press A (sometimes that works with stuck NPC/Chests)
    /reloadui
    Run to the nearest wayshrine and /reloadui again
    Port to a house in Grahtwood and go via wayshrine back
    Port to a different zone wait 15 min go back.
    Port to a different Zone, Log off, exit ESO (quit game in xbox), wait 15 min, Go back
    Abandon Quest, do whole quest again

    none of these changed no-finger's position

    Are you both on xbox na like me, or is this a cross server bug

    No, I’m on PC on the EU server, so this issue is definitely cross-server and cross-platform.

    I went back today after finishing two and a half zones and days later and he was still in the wall. Abandoned quest, hope this gets fixed in an update as this is a good quest.

    Still bugged, PC EU. Logged out, reloaded ui, changed zones and came back... nothing. Cannot continue quest :(

    Also having this problem, will try logging off and on, see what happens. He seems to be trapped in the wall!

    Edit: Well, logging off and on kinda worked... 😂 At least I can now talk to him!

    IIRC its old bug. Fastest easy solution is logout and login, then he will be visible and you can continue quest.
    I remember another quest somewhere and it also required a logout and login. And then one quest breaks when you have companion active, somewhere you have to get the guard with you, but when the companion is turned on the guard doesn't show up.

    i promise i tried that. my last step in my initial post and days later after 2 zones posted that no-fingers was still in the wall.
