Colossus Missing from Gonfalon Bay

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or just a weird consequence of atmospheric effects, but when I was in Gonfalon Bay a few minutes ago, the Colossus and its island were not present out in the bay; it looked like empty ocean. Has anyone else ever encountered this issue?

    Is this still bugged? I can't see the Colossus at all during the High Isle MSQ.

    Still seems to be. I was playing through the story, and the NPC mentioned the colossus so I decided to take a look at it, but nothing at all to see.

    I'm glad I did the MSQ in the past when the Colossus was still visible. I spent so much time trying to find it this time around, only to finally see this is bugged. For such an important story moment, you'd think this would be fixed by now. It really ruined my immersion for this quest and also just removed one of the more delightful sights of Gonfalon Bay.

    The statue is visible on PTS, so it will reappear with U45.
