Quest directs me to read the list of Tribute opponents on the notice board outside Gonfalon Gaming Hall.
Quest marker on the map/compass points at the board.
No quest marker on the board, and nothing to read/select.
I have tried reloading UI/logging out and back in.
Cannot progress quest.

harakira✭✭I had the same problem with Final Round quest and had to abandon it.
I started it again and that time marker appeared on board with some strange delay.2 -

✭✭✭I just had the same issue. Doing TOT on an alt toon that I leveled during this PVP event.
I had to read the board outside and it would not let me. I dumped all my addons, restarted the game and I still could not read it.
So I followed @harakira advice and it worked. The marker appeared on the board, but had a strange delay."a fool and his money are soon parted"- Defense of the Government of the Church of England c. 15870
