What does the fix to personalities include?

According to the current patch notes, there are fixes for visual issues with some of the personalities:

I was wondering if this includes a fix for the Maniacal Jester personality which resets its idle stance to the default one every so often. Has anyone tested this?

    If anyone was wondering, now that I got to test the changes on the pts, it does look like as if the Maniacal Jester personality got fixed.

    Anyone know of this fixed the movement speed issue with personalities? On live if you have any amount of extra movement speed (like Celerity for example), most personalities with a unique run animation will revert to default.

    I did some further testing and it appears there are no changes to the threshold for when the run animation of a personality starts.

    What I've noticed though is that a few personalities feature a run animation while previewing but not when you have it equipped and are actually running. Two examples seems to be the Drunk personality as well as the Heroic personality. The Worm Wizard personality does have a separate run animation while previewing too, but this one seems to be a different animation entirely.

    It also fixed the Passion's Muse, like how the harp or the flower could get stuck on your hand after using the emote.

    I wonder if it fixed the issue where if you have a personality equipped, and you start off running sometimes both arms hang straight down by your side at first before any animation kicks in and it just looks odd.

    Hopefully it fixes the fact that your personality will disappear if you get hit by darkness in VLC

    The running animation of the thief personality still doesn't work. - Hopefully that one is still getting fixed?

    Many personalities only work when your moving at the default speed, any speed buffs will cause you to not use them animations.

    I hope it fixes swashbuckler, I always end up with my hand on my hip on my mount and it looks so dumb. It used to be my favorite personality, but I quit using it because of that.

    I hope they fix having any movement speed buffs removing the custom run/sprint animations.

    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.
