Defensive Stance broken

Defensive stance is not giving the 10% block mitigation. It is giving the block cost reduction. Im on PCNA. I tried with just a sword and shield on. When i equip the sword and shield without any skills, i get a bump to block mitigation from the skill line. When i put defensive stance on my bar with my sword and shield, my block mitigation stays the same. I tried taking all skills and gear off then reloading ui. Then put defensive stance on front bar, then equip sword and shield but block mitigation only comes up the 14% from the skill line passive.

Are you going by the stats shown in the UI or are you testing actual damage blocked?

By stats on the character screen and also what one of my addons is showing. Haven't checked the actual damage being blocked.

looks like the damage blocked might be increasing from the little bit of testing that i did. Might just be that its not showing an increase in the stats.

Yeah, as far as I'm aware, Defensive Stance's block mitigation has never been reflected in the Advanced Stats UI, but it has always actually worked in my testing. The bug is with the UI, not the skill's mitigation itself.
