Trader bidding bugged

I bid for Murgoz in Daggerfall, Glenumbra and it states on my guild page we won the bid.

But checking the trader another guild has the position "Crafter's Delight".

Has anybody else had this issue this week?

If you did not get a mail stating you won, then you were outbid.

Yeah, I know that (been runnig a guild for 10 years) but didn't get any data at all for 40 minutes. Nothing at all.

That's why I was thinking it was bugged. Just massive data lag for some reason.

Everything is sorted now though.

Recently, if you are in the game at the time of bidding, the previous merchant is displayed for some time. The most reliable way to find out if there is a merchant left or not is to receive a letter by mail (for GM) or to come to the merchant yourself.

Yup I did all that even checking the trader.

Even relogged and then quit but nothing changed.

It took me 40 minutes to get the mail and the info on guild history which is why I thought it was bugged.

Asked some other GMs as well and they said they've had same issue in the past.
