We will be performing maintenance for patch 11.2.0 on the PTS on Monday at 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC).
Can't get onto PTS - any advice?

Hello all. I've just tried to get onto the PTS while the live servers are down and can't get it.
The problem seems to be that it implements a new interface. I am HOPING that this is a problem with my documents/user folder.
My graphics card doesn't allow me to run ESO full screen and max settings. It just crashes and I have to restart my PC. Instead, I run it in WINDOWED mode on lower graphics settings and that works fine (mostly).
The problem on PTS is that it has this new interface (as if for a controller) and there is no option to lower graphics settings or change it to windowed mode.
I can get to the accept terms sections, but once it goes into PLAY, my machine crashes.
Firstly, PLEASE tell me that this isn't going to be implemented on the live servers. It will make the game unplayable.
Secondly, does anyone know if there is a way to adjust something in my user folder to bypass all this and run PTS in windowed mode with lower graphics? Which file in my user folder would I need to adjust?
